By creating an account or using Oneira, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Oneira is a dream journaling application that allows you to record dreams and request AI-generated interpretations. The interpretations are reflective and exploratory — they are not clinical diagnoses, predictions, or professional advice.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all dream entries and personal content you create. By using the interpretation feature, you grant Oneira a limited licence to process your content through AI providers for the sole purpose of generating interpretations.

5. AI-generated content

Interpretations are generated by AI models and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency service.

6. Subscription and billing

Free accounts include a limited number of monthly interpretations. Plus subscriptions provide additional features and are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refund policies follow applicable app store or payment processor guidelines.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

8. Limitation of liability

Oneira is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated interpretations.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
